The Purchasing department, which comprises Contract Management, Purchasing and PCards, is committed to providing professional and timely service to all of our customers while driving innovation and process improvements that will support the missions of the University.

The Purchasing department will continue to improve communications, promote the use of technology, and leverage the University’s purchasing power to increase the value of procured goods and services. This will be accomplished by providing outstanding customer service, first rate supply chain management, while maintaining unyielding integrity and adherence to the North Carolina State Administrative Code and UNCG Policies and Procedures.
